Thanks for your support on Renice products. To obtain warranty service, please fill the RMA Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) before you can return your product to Renice. Please attach RMA Form to the parcel when you deliver the good to Renice Maintenance Center.

Notes:
  • 1、The RMA Form has to include product identification information, including model number and series number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem. Also please submit the copy of purchase order.
  • 2、The model number of the product to be returned should be conform to the one in purchase order.
  • 3、The maintenance center will send mail to notify customer of RMA code or reasons of excluded from warranty.
  • 4、The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package.
  • 5、The RMA number comes into valid after it is issue, and expired if over warranty period.
